Angelozafiri.gr ensures compliance with the principles of personal data protection when using the services of this website regarding electronic commerce and distance sales, in agreement and compliance with international, European and internal Greek law and specifically with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, Directive 2000/31/EC and PD 131/2003 on electronic commerce, as well as Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals and personal data such as has been supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC. Angelozafiri.grr expressly declares that it will not make any illegal or unfair use of your personal data and will not transfer in any way and for any reason to any third party personal information and information ries of users/visitors. Upon your request, your personal information is permanently deleted and is not provided in any way to anyone. Angelozafiri.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
Product Shipments

Angelozafiri.gr serves customers from and throughout Greece. Orders are sent exclusively through the courier company "ACS courier". Orders are shipped depending on product availability usually in 1-3 business days. In the event that the order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we are obliged to contact you, in order to let us know if you wish to continue and complete it. The fee for cash on delivery shipments is €3.50, excluding remote and inaccessible areas where the fee is higher, depending on the volume of the parcel. In these cases, it is possible to pick it up from the nearest ACS store at no extra charge.
Withdrawal and Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchase, within fourteen days from the date of their arrival at the local courier store in your area. In this case, you bear the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them. In the event of a product return, the amount of the product price is credited and used in your next purchase. If you still want your money back, this will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products. The products that are in our Offers in case of change, are changed exclusively with products from our Offers, as well as during the sales period changes are accepted for change only in terms of the size of the respective shoe. The shoes in the offer are not returnable.
Product Prices

All prices presented on our websites include VAT. 23%. These prices refer to the products and quantities available in our warehouse, while Angelozafiri.gr reserves the right to adjust these prices. For certain areas of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed under the reduced VAT.

Applicable Law

All transactions you carry out through Angelozafiri.gr are governed and protected by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.

Withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you purchase, within fourteen days from the date of their arrival at the local courier store in your area.
